Background:
Work on the new version of the dictionary has identified html which needs correcting on a number of items.
This patch updates the html in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary as follows:
- Attributes:
- Adds a colon after National Codes
- Removes extra <em> tags that are not required
- Data Elements:
- Adds a colon after Default Codes
- Replaces Equal to (=) sign with a dash (-)
- Extra  , removed
- Removes extra <em> tags that are not required

PERSON GENOTYPIC SEX (NATIONAL NEONATAL DATA SET) is the genotypic (chromosomal) sex of a PERSON, recorded for the purposes of the National Neonatal Data Set - Episodic and Daily Care and the National Neonatal Data Set - Two Year Neonatal Outcomes Assessment.
If the genotypic sex cannot be determined at birth, National Code 'Indeterminate/Intersex' should be used. Once the chromosomal sex of the baby has been determined, the PERSON GENOTYPIC SEX (NATIONAL NEONATAL DATA SET) should be resubmitted with the correct value.

RENAL SUPPORT DAYS is the total number of days that the PATIENT received renal system support during a CRITICAL CARE PERIOD.
This is derived from the difference between the ACTIVITY PROPERTY EFFECTIVE DATE and the ACTIVITY PROPERTY END DATE for all ACTIVITY PROPERTIES where the ORGAN SYSTEM SUPPORTED is National Code 05 'Renal Support' within the CRITICAL CARE PERIOD.
RENAL SUPPORT DAYS is used by the Secondary Uses Service to derive the Healthcare Resource Group 4. Failure to correctly populate this data element is likely to result in an incorrect Healthcare Resource Group, usually associated with lower levels of healthcare resource.
