Background:

During review of NHS Data Model and Dictionary content, items have been identified which are not needed for the submission of data, and which do not require migration to the new tooling.

The Attributes ACTIVITY DATE AND TIME TYPE, ASSESSMENT TOOL TYPE, PLANNED ACTIVITY DATE TIME TYPE and PLANNED ACTIVITY DATE TYPE are not linked to any Data Elements; they are only referenced on items.

This patch retires ACTIVITY DATE AND TIME TYPE, ASSESSMENT TOOL TYPE, PLANNED ACTIVITY DATE TIME TYPE and PLANNED ACTIVITY DATE TYPE and updates the items that reference the attributes in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary to support the development of Version 3++ and the Terminology Server.
