CODED PROCEDURE TIMESTAMP is the same as attribute ACTIVITY DATE and ACTIVITY TIME for the 'Procedure Date' and 'Procedure Time'.

CODED PROCEDURE TIMESTAMP is the date, time and time zone that the Patient Procedure was performed by a CARE PROFESSIONAL.
