This is a meta model class.

A META CARE ACTIVITY which enables direct care provision to take place e.g. 'attend GP consultation', 'have an inpatient spell', 'attend single assessment meeting'.

For example, Alice Spring's 'wart was removed' (META CARE ACTIVITY DIRECT) during her 'GP consultation on 10:50 - 11:10 07/02/2002' (META CARE ACTIVITY CONTEXT). A META CARE ACTIVITY DIRECT can span more than one META CARE ACTIVITY CONTEXT, e.g. providing chemotherapy for lymphoma would usually involve consultations to administer the repeated doses required.
