Exempt from Charge Service

Exempt From Charge Service is a SERVICE for which no charge may be made to a PERSON.

The National Health Service (Overseas Visitors Hospital Charging Regulations) states that a PERSON has to pay for NHS hospital healthcare unless the SERVICE they are receiving is an Exempt From Charge Service.
