A Primary Cancer is a MALIGNANT ABNORMALITY.

A Primary Cancer (also known as a Primary Site) is the place in the body where a cancer starts.

Note: if cancer CELLS spread to another part of the body, the new area of cancer is called a Non Primary CancerSecondary Cancer or Metastasis.
