A Skin Cancer Care Spell is a continuous period of care for a PATIENT diagnosed as suffering from skin cancer.

For basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, all Lesions diagnosed will be included within one Skin Cancer Care Spell.

There will be a new Skin Cancer Care Spell for each malignant melanoma diagnosed, each Kaposi's sarcoma diagnosed and each B-cell or T-cell lymphoma diagnosed.

Each Skin Cancer Care Spell may be the care for one or more skin Lesions, or it may also be for one B-Cell or T-Cell lymphoma occurring at one or more Skin Lymphoma morphologies.

Each Skin Cancer Care Spell may be for a malignant melanoma, Karposi's sarcoma, B-Cell or T-Cell lymphoma occurring at one or more Dermatologist Body Sites.
