A Restrictive Intervention Incident is a reported incident of a Restrictive Intervention by one or more members of staff in response to aggressive behaviour or resistance to treatment by a PATIENT, during a Hospital Provider Spell.

There can be multiple RESTRICTIVE INTERVENTION TYPES relating to one Restrictive Intervention Incident as a PATIENT may be physically restrained, chemically restrained and secluded as part of one Restrictive Intervention Incident.
