Background:
It has been identified that some of the units of measure in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary are incorrect, e.g. grammes should be grams.
This patch:
- Corrects the units in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary and
- Makes items consistent in the use of "MEASUREMENT VALUE TYPE CODE".
