Background:
DDCN 1391/2014: Review of Central Returns (ROCR) Discontinuations - Referral to Treatment (RTT) Summary Patient Tracking List Data Set retired the Data Elements REFERRAL TO TREATMENT PERIOD BREACH TIME BAND and REFERRAL TO TREATMENT PERIOD BREACH DATE.
Both Data Elements are referenced on the Data Element REFERRAL TO TREATMENT PERIOD INCOMPLETE WITHIN TIMEBAND NUMBER (NON-ADMITTED PATIENTS), which is used in the National Direct Access Audiology Waiting Times Data Set.
This Patch reinstates the Data Elements REFERRAL TO TREATMENT PERIOD BREACH TIME BAND and REFERRAL TO TREATMENT PERIOD BREACH DATE in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
