Background:
ISB 0090 Amd 9/2014: Organisation Data Service Health and Justice Organisation Identifiers introduced a new file for the publication of a set of unique identification codes for Health and Justice Organisations across England.
The associated NHS Data Model and Dictionary Change Request introduced a number of new NHS Business Definitions to support the Organisation Data Service standard.
This patch updates the following NHS Data Model and Dictionary items to add hyperlinks to the Health and Justice Organisations that are present in the NHS Data Model and Dictionary, which do not affect any Information Standards:
- Discharge Destination: Attribute. Other links to existing NHS Business Definitions added.

All Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children are also Looked After Children.
