Background:
This patch retires a number of items that have been missed from previous Change Requests:
- DDCN 1439/2013 "Retirement of Review of Central Returns (ROCR) Returns" retired a number of items. REFERRAL REQUEST TYPE should also have been retired.
- CR1518 ISB 092 "CDS 6-1 Retirement" retired all Commissioning Data Set version 6-1 Data Elements which are no longer used within the Commissioning Data Sets or elsewhere. ADDRESS FORMAT CODE (MOTHER) and WARD TYPE AT PSYCHIATRIC CENSUS DATE should also have been retired.
This patch retires REFERRAL REQUEST TYPE, ADDRESS FORMAT CODE (MOTHER) and WARD TYPE AT PSYCHIATRIC CENSUS DATE from the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
