Background:

Data sets in development share common data items relating to Patient Level Information Costing. These data sets are:

• Patient Level Information Costing - Mental Health Admitted Patient Care
• Patient Level Information Costing - Mental Health Care Contacts
• Patient Level Information Costing - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies

Preparatory (shared) items have been created to facilitate the development of these data sets.This patch adds the new Preparatory Items to the NHS Data Model and Dictionary to support the development of the Information Standards.
