Background:
This patch:
- Introduces a new preparatory item for ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION (SNOMED CT).
- Updates UNIT OF MEASUREMENT (SNOMED CT DM+D) to show that it will be replaced with UCUM UNIT OF MEASUREMENT, as unit of measurement information is no longer held in SNOMED CT.
A short demonstration is available which describes "How to Read an NHS Data Model and Dictionary Change Request", in an easy to understand screen capture including a voice over and readable captions.
