TREATMENT FUNCTION CODE (REFERRING SERVICE) is the ACTIVITY TREATMENT FUNCTION CODE under which the CARE PROFESSIONAL or SERVICE has been treating the PATIENT before referring the PATIENT as an inter-provider transfer to another Health Care Provider.
